In this special New Year Retreat, Ronda will combine her transformational SoulArts Retreat Process of Awakening and Living Your Destiny with her latest 5 years of investigation in the mind/body/spirit connection to health, well being and healing arts.
This is a retreat to renew your clarity from the inside out!
Including resources and easy home applications for healing midlife biological imbalances through healthy living and nutrition alongside Ronda's groundbreaking SoulArts Process for Awakening and The Art of Living Your Destiny.
This retreat is Ronda's second "birthday retreat special offering". All those seeking to breakthrough the barriers of old habits, addictions, wounds and over-stress who are sincerely ready to move beyond the "New Year's Resolutions" to actualize "a healthy gourmet life" are invited to join this spirited "zen-like" intensive.
We will have SoulArts meeting sessions 2 (sometimes 3) times each day as well as prepare and share meals together. There will be plenty of time for quietude and some likely shared excursion as well (Meditation Mount or beach for sunset meal).
Come prepared to directly share and experience a healing healthy change of lifestyle alongside the pleasures of renewal and a SoulArts transformational retreat!

PERSONAL NOTE FROM RONDA: I, like many of you who come to me as a client, have struggled much of my life with a predisposition to melancholy as well as the despairing and shocking mood imbalances of depression/anxiety that comes with the change of life.My own painful struggles led me down a 5-year depth of inquiry where I discovered a miraculous healing integration combining mind/body/spirit processes and a more recent integration and appreciation for the role of "orthomolecular nutrition and functional medicine" in attaining true well being! My life is changing before my eyes ...and I'd all but given up hope of ever being really free of the "depressive artist gene" :)
I'm known by my private clients as a kind of "healthy decadence gourmet cook": Simple, easy, elegant, a pleasure to look at and great for you! I LOVE food and the whole atmosphere of meals.. So this retreat will NOT be a "suffering diet cleanse"! Rather it will be a fun, informative, empowering and inspiring path to soul-living in all areas of your being including food-luscious wellness and getting your life back!

*Cancellation Policy:
If cancellations are made in writing and confirmed 6 weeks (or more) prior to the program start date, then 80% of your paid fee may be refunded only if your spot can be filled (which I make every effort to do).. Otherwise payments are non-refundable, unless for any reason, I need to cancel, in which case you will be given the choice of refund or application to a future program. Cancellation within 4 weeks of a retreat date are non-refundable. Airfare or other travel costs are never reimbursed as part of a cancelled retreat. (SEE TRIP INSURANCE OPTIONS BELOW)
